    Lunita Beauty was founded on a clear mission: to make advanced, clinically inspired beauty treatments accessible and affordable for everyone. While professional body and skin treatments were often expensive, time-consuming, and only available in clinics, Lunita Beauty now brings the same technology safely to your home.

 

  • Retour

    To initiate a return, please contact our Lunita Assurance team at Info@lunitashop.us within 30 calendar days of delivery . We will determine your eligibility based on the criteria below. If you are eligible, we will ask you to return the product(s) to one of our available warehouses (these will be provided to you).

  • Damaged Goods

    If you believe your product arrived damaged, you must report this within 24 hours by email ( Info@lunitashop.us ) with clear images or videos of the damage caused upon delivery, so we can investigate the matter and send you a brand new product.

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and the amount will automatically be credited to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (usually 2-5 business days). Refunds due to unrecognizable charges (if applicable) In some cases, you can issue a refund up to 2 days after purchase. Send us an email and we'll be happy to help. In the rare event that we issue a refund, the shipping costs are excluded. Once the item has been shipped, we cannot be held responsible for any damage, loss, or delay. However, please send us an email to let us know so we can assist you with this.

  • Before Return Shipping

    If you are eligible for a return, please email us before shipping your order. You will then receive specific return instructions. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Delivery time for your exchanged product may vary depending on where you live. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • Canceling An Order

    If you want to cancel an order, please contact us within 4 hours of purchase. You can only cancel your order within that timeframe. If you're not satisfied with your order, please contact our customer service. We'll do our best to help!
