Shipping and Tracking
Yes, our worldwide shipping service ensures no one is left behind. Once we know your current location, the exact shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We offer two shipping services: Standard Shipping and Express Delivery (using couriers such as DHL, POSTNL, UPS, and FedEx). We provide complete transparency around shipping costs and estimated delivery times at checkout, so you can choose the service that best suits your needs.
An estimated delivery time will be displayed at checkout once we know your exact location. Standard shipping times vary from country to country, but orders in the Netherlands and Belgium typically take between 5 and 12 business days. Orders in the US take six to seven business days, and orders outside the US take seven to fourteen business days. The estimated delivery time includes preparation, shipping, and postage time. Shipping times are approximate, and we cannot predict potential customs delays for every destination country.
Please check the shipping time for your specific order. Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a unique tracking number so you can stay informed about the progress of your orders.
Normally this is not a cause for concern, as tracking information can be processed before actual delivery has taken place. 1. Check that the shipping address is complete and up to date 2. Once the item is returned to us in good condition, you'll receive an email notification confirming that your refund has been processed. The outstanding credit will be automatically credited back to your original payment method within 5 business days.

With every order, you automatically receive a tracking number. This tracking number is sent to your email within two days of your order confirmation. You can easily find all information about the status of your package on our Tracking pagina. Once you have received your tracking number, you can immediately track your order there.
Order Issue
Items often ship from different warehouses and arrive separately. This doesn't affect shipping costs.
If you need to cancel your order after it's been placed, please contact us at info@lunitashop.us and a team member will handle your request. Once the order has been processed, cancellation is no longer possible. All products are covered by our 60-day satisfaction guarantee to ensure you're 100% satisfied with your purchase.

Is a vajacial treatment safe for home use?
Yes, when used according to the instructions, a vajacial treatment is safe for home use. Our bikini scrub, exfoliating scrub glove, vajacial mask, steamer, and after-treatment oil are specially developed for the sensitive skin of the intimate area.
Note: Only use externally; nothing should be used internally.
Can I use the Dead Skin Shovel on my intimate skin?
Yes, but only on the mons pubis and groin, never on the labia or mucous membranes. The ultrasonic dead skin shovel is designed to remove dead skin cells and help prevent ingrown hairs. Always use on damp skin and at the lowest setting for this area.
How do I know if the Dead Skin Shovel is working properly?
Ultrasonic vibrations are barely noticeable. To check if the device is active, you can place a few drops of water on the blade. If the droplets vibrate or vaporize slightly, the device is working properly.
Does the Vajacial Steamer emit heat?
Yes, the steamer uses warm steam to: Gently open pores Loosen dead skin cells Soften ingrown hairs Better prepare the skin for masks and oils The temperature is safe and designed for sensitive skin areas. Always keep a distance of 15–20 cm while steaming.
Can I use the scrub, steamer, masks and oil all in one treatment?
Yes! A vajacial actually consists of several steps. You can combine all products for the best results: Scrub (scrub or scrub glove) Steam Apply mask After Treatment Oil for hydration & soothing
Note: After hair removal, you must wait 24 hours before scrubbing or steaming.
Can I have a vajacial if I have metal implants?
Only the Dead Skin Shovel works with ultrasonic vibrations. Do not use this device if you: Pacemaker Metal in the face or body Metal plates, hip/joint implants Electronic medical implants Our steamer, masks, scrub and oil are safe to use.
How often can I have a vajacial treatment?
For the best results we recommend: 1 full vajacial per week Scrub: 2-3 times per week Steam: 1-2 times per week Mask: 1x per week or more often if irritation occurs After treatment oil: daily after showering or hair removal You can reduce the frequency for sensitive skin.
When will I see results?

Is the 4-in-1 Mini Cavitation Set safe to use on the face? Yes, this device comes with a special 3-pole facial attachment that is safely designed for sensitive facial skin. Do I need to use RF gel?
Yes, absolutely. The included Ultrasonic RF Gel is essential because it: Conducts energy better Protects the skin from friction Ensures a stable temperature Significantly increases the effectiveness of cavitation and RF Never use water, body lotion, oil, or other products as a substitute.
Can I use oil after the treatment?
Yes. The set contains an After Treatment / Shave Oil, which helps with: Skin repair, Soothing after RF or cavitation, Hydration, Combating dryness and irritation. Always use the oil after removing the gel.
Can I use the device on freshly depilated skin?
Do not use the cavitation set immediately after hair removal. Wait at least 24 hours for the skin to calm down, especially if you have: Waxed, Shaved, or used an epilator.
